How to Join the Waitlist
Start with talking with the marketing team about living options at Kendal. They are happy to answer questions, arrange a visit, and guide you through the process of joining the Waitlist.
The fee will be $1350 ($1000 refundable)*. With your deposit, you become a Priority Waitlist “Member” which puts you “in line” for your desired residence and also gives you the opportunity to become engaged with the community.

Kendal at Lexington has also created an online portal for Waitlist Members to stay connected to the community as they contemplate and prepare to enter the next step toward becoming residents.
Waitlist members have access to exclusive content that will help visualize what life could be like on campus, including videos of community events, details on programming and amenities, resident newsletters and more. This one-stop portal also provides Waitlist members the tools needed to plan for their future at Kendal at Lexington. Members can also easily access residence floor and furniture planners, admission forms, health packets, financial work sheets and a money gauge tool. Quick links to stories, blogs and social media are readily available in the portal, keeping waitlist members in the loop on the latest at Lexington. There is also access to the Resident Website Portal “CATIE web” that has many other features that give you an inside look to what it’s like to be a Kalex resident.
