Rehab Service at Kendal at Lexington
Recovery from surgery or illness often requires specialized, short-term rehabilitation. Physical, occupational, speech/language, aquatic, wound care, and vestibular therapy may be needed for healing. Short-term help with daily living may be beyond what can be safely provided at home. Kendal at Lexington offers these services to current residents as well as those in the greater community.
Borden Health Center Services
Kendal at Lexington offers inpatient and outpatient programs, traditional as well as advanced clinical therapy programs. Our fully trained, licensed therapists provide the highest quality treatment.
All patients are screened to identify any needs for evaluation or treatment. Services integrate nursing care, therapy, activities, dietary, and other departments to enhance the function of each patient, improving the quality of life.
Kendal at Lexington is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community that offers both inpatient and outpatient* professional therapy services with our partner Select Rehab. Most insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, is accepted.
*Free local transportation is provided to and from Kendal.
