What if I have long-term care insurance?
In addition to the lifecare option, Kendal at Lexington offers two modified plans, which pair well with long term care insurance policies. These plans provide unlimited coverage for assisted living services plus 60 days or 365 days of coverage for nursing care. Individuals pay a lower entry fee and monthly fee because they already have some coverage of their own. When our modified plans are paired with long-term care policies, the individual generally has seamless coverage.
