Campus

Kendal at Lexington offers space for common gathering and quiet contemplation.

Sunnyside House, a circa 1800 restored home, sits in the heart of the campus, a connection to the area’s history. Central to the campus, the Anderson Center hosts a multitude of activities and events, the fitness center, library as well as casual and more formal dining.

Apartments, assisted living and the Borden Health Center are also centrally situated at the heart of the campus. Cottages, both clustered and freestyle, hug Sycamore Lane and several other roads.

In 2019, 30 new cottage homes were added to the community. Sidewalks, green space and trails accommodate people and pets.
