In addition, the revenue bonds issued on behalf of Kendal at Lexington by the Industrial Development Authority of Lexington, VA, have also been upgraded to ‘BBB’. This encouraging milestone reflects the community’s consistent financial health, strong demand and high occupancy and a shared commitment to sustainable, long-term stewardship.
