October 15, 2019 —The first books of the Kendal Library’s exciting new section have arrived. Matt
Gildner of the W&L history faculty, who presented a fascinating Kendal College
lecture series on Latin America this past January, is spearheading a new collection of
books on Latin America. With matching grants from several residents already
promised, this looks to become a vital part of our library. These books will be on the
top shelves across from the Memorial Books.
