Kendal Is Taking Reservations for Phase II

The reservation process for Phase II is wrapping up (only 5 homes still available) and the first new residents have moved in. Ground was broken in June of 2007 and is moving along at a steady pace. The expansion includes 35 single family and duplex cottage homes and 14 apartments. Forty-five of forty-nine residences have now been reserved, including all apartments. Only four cottages are available, including one that will be ready for occupancy by September (see details below**).

Cottages offer a variety of views, including beautiful mountains and hillsides. Some also offer walk-out basements. Of the four now available, one offers two bedrooms with 1500 square feet of finished space and a full (unfinished) walk-out basement. Two of the cottages are two bedroom, single story, 1500 square foot homes. **One 2000 square foot, single story cottage is also available; it is nearly finished, includes a number of attractive upgrades, and is ready for occupancy.
