Kendal at Lexington offers a wide variety of entrance fee,
health care and refund options from which to choose. This
provides a great amount of flexibility to choose the plan that best
suits your needs and financial situation.
Health Care Options
Kendal at Lexington offers three Health
Care Options. All include the right of occupancy in the
apartment or cottage for the resident's lifetime, as long as able to live
safely, and a package of services, amenities and health care. All options
include unlimited assisted living in the Webster Center as needed; each
includes a specified amount of licensed nursing care in our Benjamin Borden Health Center.

Lifecare: The resident(s) will receive an unlimited number of
lifetime days in our nursing center at the same monthly fee as they would pay
in their apartment or cottage.

365-day Modified
Health Care: The resident(s) will receive 365 lifetime days in our
nursing center at the same monthly fee as they would pay in their apartment or
cottage. After 365 days, the resident will pay the per diem rate.
This plan pairs well with long term care insurance policies.

60-day Modified
Health Care: The resident(s) will receive 60 lifetime days of
nursing care at the same monthly fee as they would pay in their apartment or
cottage. After 60 days, the resident will pay the per diem rate. This plan pairs well with long term care insurance policies.

Refund Options
Kendal at Lexington
offers a declining balance refund as well as a 50% and a 90% guaranteed refund
option.
